I have to say I am extremely happy with the service I had done at Tuffy in Westerville. I dealt with Carl from the initial drop off to the pickup. He did an amazing job with keeping in contact with me and involved with every step of the work. He even diagnosed a seperate issue that had been on my mind with my truck but I hadn't mentioned on the initial drop off. He was able to take care of both my pretty large issues in under 24 hours. Meanwhile I have another truck at a chevy dealership for the past 3 weeks and I have to call them just to find they still have no results.
